Peace and blessings, there is a popular doctrin that states after the fallen angels slept with the women, the babies that were born into them grew up to be 450 feet tall giants that were half angels, and half humans called the Nephilim. They use Numbers 13:33 to say those giants did really exist and were 450 feet tall as the book of Enoch says.
If the giants were offspring of fallen angels, and the flood wiped out everyone except Noah and his families then why are there still giants( nephilims) after the flood?
if you believe the angels created a whole new creature that is half human and half angels then you are going against the bible.
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Now let us explain Numbers 13:33
Num 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

Who are the Anakims in Num13:33
Gen 14:5 And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and smote the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emims in Shaveh Kiriathaim,
Now who are the Rephaims? The word Rephaims means giants proof here
Now what about the Emims, who are they?
Deu 2:9 And the LORD said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot for a possession.
Deu 2:10 The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims;
Deu 2:11 Which also were accounted giants, as the Anakims; but the Moabites call them Emims.
Now we know the giants were called different names by different people, they are all the same giants but different people call it different name.
How tall were they? The very next chapter 3
Deu 3:11 For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.
By getting the size of his bed we can have an idea how tall he was, 9 cubits means 13 inches!! how on earth could the other giants be 450 feet tall when the Anakims were about 13 feet tall?
Goliath height
Another popular giant in the bible is Goliath, let’s see how tall he was maybe he was near 450 feet tall.
1Sa 17:4 And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span. That is 9ft tall.
Grasshoppers
Num 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
We already proved the sons of Anak are around the same height as the other giants in Deut, so why did the Israelite compare themselves to grasshoppers?
Isa 40:18 To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?
The question in this verse is who can you compare to God?
Isa 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
Why are the people on earth compared to grasshoppers when being compared to God? When it comes to the powers God has and is able to do, compare to us, we are nothing! He can bring down a King to nothing in just seconds.
Isa 40:23 That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.
Isa 40:26 Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth
Is he saying God is this super giant size beings compere to us little tiny people? Nope
Mystery revealed
Num 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
Not literally but in power, the Israelites felt powerless in sight of the sons of Anak. It is all about context, at this point the Israelites used to live in tents in the wilderness but now they seeing these cities everywhere and the sons of Anak who were bigger than them. They were scared to fight them.
Keep in mind the israelites had to fight a bunch of nations who’s stronger than them, Deu 7:1Â When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;Â
Actually there was no actual giants in Num 13:33
More proofs that they were simply complaining and afraid and they did not see actual giants, in Numbers 13 Moses sent spies to see how the land is, and the spies says this in verse 33, Num 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
This whole verse is what the spies are claiming to see, but look at verse 32
Num 13:31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.
Num 13:32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
The verse says this was a evil report, verse 32-33 is a evil report this not a fact, evil report means they were lying, can we prove that? Absolutely because God literally killed them for saying that.
Num 14:35 I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
Num 14:36 And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
What you read in Num 13 the verse says it was a slander and God killed them for saying that, slander means false, proof click this
They did see the sons of Anak but the spies overexaggerate the report and say they saw the giants or Nephilim, the word Nephilim in the Hebrew simply means bully or tyrant they were big bully man
Real life examples of giants
Conclusion
In Numbers 13:33 the spies over exaggerate the report and lied about who they saw, as a result God killed them in the very next chapter, they did not see no 450 feet tall giants like the book of Enoch claimed. if you have any questions email me
